Terms and Conditions
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the services of Sticker Shock Signs by We've Got Mail Too ("Company," "we," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. SERVICES
We provide digital printing, design services, large format printing, vinyl installation, and copy/print/scan services. We reserve the right to refuse or decline any order at our sole discretion without explanation.
3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
3.1 Orders
All orders must be submitted through our website, in person, or via email. Order specifications must be clear and complete. We are not obligated to accept any order and may decline orders for any reason.
3.2 Payment
Payment is required at the time of order. We process payments through Stripe's secure payment system. We do not store credit card information.
3.3 Finality of Sales
All sales are final upon pickup or delivery. Refunds will only be issued for errors made by our Company. We do not provide refunds for any other reason.
4. CUSTOMER MATERIALS AND QUALITY
4.1 Design Guidelines
Customers are responsible for ensuring all uploaded artwork complies with our design guidelines. We are not responsible for poor print quality resulting from low-resolution images or files that do not meet our specifications.
4.2 Proofs
By approving a proof, you accept responsibility for the content and quality of the final product. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.
5. DELIVERY AND PICKUP
Corporate clients may request delivery services. All other clients must pick up orders at our location. Orders must be confirmed upon pickup or delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
6.1 Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you provide to us. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify the content solely to fulfill your order.
6.2 Our Content
All designs created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point you receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs as specified in your order.
6.3 Third-Party Content
You warrant that any content you provide does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse printing materials that may violate copyright or other laws.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to $100 or the amount paid for the specific order in question, whichever is less. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Delays in production or delivery
- Errors in customer-provided files or specifications
- Poor quality resulting from customer-provided or customer-approved materials
- Loss of data or business interruption
8. WARRANTIES
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. PRIVACY
We collect order information and contact details necessary to process your order. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spokane, Washington.
12. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
